How to Use
Kkachi Work Clock keeps a simple, tap-based log of your work day and computes your net working hours automatically. Here's how to use it.
1. Clock in and out
Tap “Clock in” to start the net-work timer, and “Clock out” when you finish. If you clock in again after clocking out, the session simply resumes.
2. Breaks and meals
Tap start/end for breaks and meals. That time is automatically excluded from your net working hours.
3. Custom events
Add your own buttons — like “Business trip” or “Remote work start” — to log recurring events with a single tap. They are saved as log markers only and don't change your work-time total.
4. Fix or add entries
Forgot to clock out? Tap the ✎ on any entry to change its time, or use “Add entry” to insert a punch you missed.
5. Calendar and dashboard
Switch tabs to see a monthly calendar of your hours and daily/weekly bar charts of how much you have worked.
6. Backup
All data is stored only on this device. Use Export (JSON) to back it up and Import to restore it.
Why I Built This
This app was made as part of the Kkachi Project — a challenge to build 100 apps in a single year.
I used to work as a freelancer, and because I never tracked my hours, it was awkward to bill accurately when it came time to settle payment. I would do all the work yet struggle to claim what I was owed. That frustration is exactly why I built this — a tool that leaves a record of your working time with a single tap.
