The Service is a web application (PWA) that helps you record clock-in, clock-out, break and meal times and calculate your working hours.

The Service is provided free of charge, and features may change or be discontinued with prior notice as needed for operation.

2. Responsibility for Your Data

Work records are stored only on your device. The operator does not retain your data and is therefore not responsible for any loss of records due to a lost or reset device, cleared browser data, or similar events.

You are responsible for backing up your own data using the “Export” feature.

3. Disclaimer

Working hours calculated by the Service are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate for legally binding working-time computation or wage settlement.

The Service is provided “as-is,” without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted, error-free operation.

4. Your Obligations

You must comply with applicable laws and use the Service only for lawful purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be revised as needed, and the revised Terms take effect when posted within the Service.
